The truck dispatch service that keeps your truck loaded, not parked
Box truck or big truck, two weeks on your authority or twenty years: one desk finds the freight, negotiates every rate, handles the broker calls and keeps your packets current. You stay behind the wheel and keep the final say on every single load.
Takes about 2 minutes. No setup fee. No contract.
This is the part most dispatchers hide. Try it.
The broker's rate confirmation comes directly to you, and nothing moves without your yes. Pass on a load and we go find the next one. That is the whole arrangement.
Where a trucking week actually leaks money
Empty miles and cheap loads are rarely bad luck. They come from four leaks that hit owner-operators hardest:
- 01
Hours burned on the load boards
Refreshing boards between fuel stops means you shop from whatever is left. The good freight moves while you are driving. A desk that works the boards and broker contacts all day shops from the full menu.
- 02
Taking the first rate quoted
Posted rates are opening offers. Negotiating every load takes time, lane knowledge and the patience to say no. Skip it and you leave money on every single haul.
- 03
Deadhead nobody planned
A decent outbound rate means nothing if you run back empty. Booking the reload before the truck is unloaded is the difference between a strong week and a break-even one.
- 04
Paperwork that stalls the tender
Brokers check your packet, COI and filings before freight moves. A stale certificate or missing form sends the load to the next truck. New MC? The hurdles stack higher; we cover that on its own page.
Running a brand-new authority? The month-by-month plan, packets, first loads and the brokers that open up later, is on the new authority dispatch page.
What we do, and what we never pretend to do
- Set up your carrier packets with brokers and keep them current
- Find brokers and shippers that work with new MCs
- Source loads on the major boards and from direct contacts, then negotiate every rate
- Offer you each load before anything is booked: the broker sends the rate confirmation directly to you, and you can simply say no
- Handle broker calls, check calls and delivery confirmations
- Plan deadhead, chase detention and layover pay, send weekly earnings reports
- We do not file your USDOT, MC, BOC-3 or any other form. You file on FMCSA's own site and keep control of your logins.
- We do not sell insurance. Licensed agents do that; our guides explain the coverages so you walk in informed.
- We do not act as your process agent or give legal advice.
- We do not force dispatch. Ever. Every load is your call.
- We do not dispatch cargo vans or sprinters, and box trucks start at 26 ft.
Doing the filings yourself this week? Start with the guides: MC number, USDOT number, BOC-3. The booking flow lives on how dispatch works.

The fee, on one card, with the math shown
Three rates, no setup fee, no monthly minimum, month to month with 30 days notice. The fee is charged on gross load revenue, and only on loads you haul: no haul, no pay. Here is an example week at the standard rate:
An MC under 6 months runs at 7% while brokers warm up to it, then drops to 5% automatically; you do not have to ask. Fleets of 2 or more trucks run at 4% per truck. Many dispatch services charge 8 to 12% for less than this, and self-dispatch costs you hours on the boards every single day. The full breakdown, including what is never charged, is on the pricing page.
- 1Gross for the week$6,000
- 2Fee rate (standard)5%
- 3Dispatch fee$300
- 4You keep$5,700
Starting fresh? Tick off your filings
If your authority is brand new (or still in the works), here is the road to your first load. Tick what you have done; each stop links the official page.
Fees and timelines change, so we link FMCSA's current page instead of quoting numbers that go stale. We cannot file any of this for you, and nobody serious can speed it up.

The week your MC appears in the system, the phone starts. Before you send documents to anyone, including us, read these:
- Nobody legitimate needs your FMCSA portal login. Not a dispatcher, not a factoring company, nobody.
- A stranger asking for your COI with no load attached is harvesting your information.
- Verify every broker in FMCSA's SAFER system before you sign a packet. Takes two minutes.
- If a caller claims a filing is overdue and payment fixes it today, hang up and check the official site.

How starting works
- AApply
Four short steps, about 2 minutes. You pick the time we call.
- BThe call
A dispatcher goes over your truck, your lanes and what has to be in place. If something is missing, you leave with a list, not a contract.
- CPackets
We set up your carrier packets with the brokers that fit your equipment and your MC age, usually within a couple of business days once your documents are in.
- DFirst load
We send you the numbers, the broker sends you the rate con, you say yes or no. Honest timing: a brand new MC can take longer while broker approvals clear. We tell you that up front instead of promising Friday.
Get paid in days, not in 40
Brokers commonly pay invoices in 30 to 45 days. New authorities feel that gap hardest, right when fuel and insurance are due. We refer carriers to our factoring partner for faster pay, and you can compare their quote against anyone.
We refer carriers to a factoring partner and may be paid for referrals.

Q-01How much does your truck dispatch service cost?
5% of gross for a single truck with 6 or more months on its authority, any equipment. An MC under 6 months runs at 7% and drops to 5% automatically. Fleets of 2 or more trucks pay 4% per truck. No setup fee, no monthly minimums, and the fee only applies to loads you haul.
Q-02Can you dispatch a brand new MC?
Yes, that is our specialty. We set up your carrier packets, start with the brokers that accept new authorities, and book loads that build your history. We are honest about timing: some brokers will not work with an MC under 60 or 90 days, so the first weeks take more calls.
Q-03Do you file my MC or USDOT number?
No. You file directly with FMCSA on fmcsa.dot.gov, keep your own logins and pay only the official fees. Our guides walk every step with the official link, and our dispatchers pick up once your authority is active.
Q-04Do you sell truck insurance?
No. We are not an insurance agency. Our insurance guides explain liability, cargo and physical damage coverage in plain words, with sources, so you can get quotes from licensed agents without being talked past.
Q-05Do I have to take every load you find?
No. We offer you each load with the numbers, the broker sends the rate confirmation directly to you, and you can simply say no. We find the next one. Forced dispatch does not exist on this desk.
Q-06Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no long contract. Service is month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. If we are not keeping your truck loaded, you should be free to leave, and you are.
Q-07What do I need before you can dispatch me?
Active operating authority, your insurance filed with FMCSA, a W-9, and a certificate of insurance we can send to brokers. If you factor, your notice of assignment too. Missing something? Apply anyway and we will tell you exactly what is left.
Q-08Do you dispatch cargo vans or sprinters?
No. Box trucks start at 26 ft on this desk, and we do not dispatch cargo vans or sprinter vans at all. If you run a 26-footer or anything bigger, from dry van to oversize, we can put it to work.

Your truck should be earning while you read this.
5% standard, 7% while an MC is under 6 months, 4% per truck for fleets. No setup fee, no contract, and every load is your call.
